Cancellation Policy

How and when you can cancel your order.

Cancellation window

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Simply open My Orders or the Track Order page, find your order and tap 'Cancel order'.

After dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If needed, please refer to our Returns Policy after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch incur no charge.
